Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Window (EU & Standard Orders)

  • Standard (Worldwide): You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
  • EU Orders: Additionally, EU customers benefit from a 14-day “cooling-off” period to cancel without justification

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return/refund:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, email confirmation, receipt) must be provided.
  • All returns require prior approval; packages sent without permission will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Labels

  • Customers are responsible for purchasing and affixing their own return shipping label; CraftyGap will not provide or reimburse return postage for voluntary returns/exchanges.
  • In the case of faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, return postage will be covered by CraftyGap—please reach out immediately to arrange this.

4. Non‑Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of defect or error:

  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Hazardous materials, perishable goods, flammable liquids/gases

5. Faulty, Damaged, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at contact@craftygap.com. We’ll address the issue and cover return postage.

6. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at contact@craftygap.com with your order details and reason.

Upon approval, you'll receive return instructions (excluding a label).

Purchase a shipping label from your carrier (e.g. An Post, DHL).

Send the item back using that label—unapproved returns won’t be accepted.

7. Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  • Return the original item (following the process above).
  • Place a new order for the replacement once the original return is approved.

8. Refund Process

  • We’ll confirm receipt and inspection of your returned item.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • It may take your bank another 5–10 business days to process the refund.
  • If 15 business days pass without a refund, please contact us.

9. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers pay for return shipping on voluntary changes of mind.
  • CraftyGap covers shipping when items are faulty, damaged, or mis-shipped.
