2. What materials do you print with?

We primarily use high-quality PLA and PLA+, which are eco-friendly, strong, and perfect for detailed prints.
For specific projects, we can also work with:

  • PETG (stronger, heat resistant)
  • TPU (flexible)
  • ABS alternatives (where required)

If you have material requirements, just let us know.

3. Can you create a model if I don’t have a 3D file?

Yes! Our 3D modeling service can turn:

  • sketches
  • drawings
  • reference images
  • physical objects
    into a production-ready 3D file.

4. What file formats do you accept?

We accept:

  • STL
  • OBJ
  • STEP / STP
  • 3MF
  • If your file is in a different format, send it over — we’ll check it for you.

5. Do you offer 3D scanning?

Yes. We use Revopoint scanning technology to capture accurate digital models of physical objects.
Ideal for:

  • broken parts
  • prototypes
  • reverse engineering
  • items that need to be replicated or modified

6. How long does a project take?

Timing depends on the type of work:

  • 3D modeling: 1–3 days
  • 3D scanning: same day or next day
  • 3D printing: a few hours to 1–2 days depending on size
  • NFC tags: usually 1–3 days depending on quantity

We’ll give you an exact estimate after reviewing your project.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship everywhere — Ireland, EU, UK, US, and worldwide.

8. What are custom NFC tags used for?

Our NFC tags can link to:

9. Can you use my business logo on NFC tags?

Yes — as long as you own the rights to the logo.
We avoid using copyrighted/trademarked logos without permission.

10. How durable are your prints?

Our prints are strong and made to last.
PLA performs very well for:

  • functional parts
  • prototypes
  • decorations
  • accessories
  • gadgets
  • NFC enclosures

For outdoor or high-stress use, we may recommend PETG or a different material.

11. Can prints be used outdoors or with food?

  • Outdoor: We recommend sealing/varnishing for UV protection.
  • Food contact: Standard PLA is not food-safe unless specially processed.

12. How should I care for my 3D-printed object?

  • Keep away from direct heat (PLA softens above ~60°C)
  • Clean with mild soap and water
  • Avoid strong solvents
  • Optional: seal with a clear coat for extra durability

13. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us immediately — we’ll resolve it quickly with:
